• Open the app, and then register your id.
• Tootle provided Rs.60 bonus for new user which will be expired after 30 days. We can spend the bonus by taking ride only.
•  Select your drop location and payment prefence.
•  After that select gender pereference.
• Select the booking time then confirm it.
• Also, make sure you have an Internet connection when you make a booking.

If the customer or rider gives a poor rating then they immediately find out the issue via phone call. After that also customer or rider who constantly gets the poor rating then their account will be blocked temporarily or permanently blocked. Temporarily block if the rider came late or cross the speed limit. Permanently blocked if get complaint about harassment. In real-time tootle trace their rider to trace suspicious activities. Tootle also allow customer to send tracking code SMS and rider’s information to family and friends. This code helps to track the ride status by opening the app.

At last, while travelling from tootle give a genuine review on the basis of ride. Don’t give always a 5 star rating. Genuine review helps them to improve their service.
